I need a script to create accounts, retrieving accounts, change password, send e-mails that if some action is performed.

the script must have some protection against bot. (bot creating accounts automatically.)

protection must be for some mathematical expression or question.

Limit register by ip alert time, or only after 5mim register (or chosen time) with the same ip

Register ip network and internet
