[Help]Log in Normal server problem

Hi , I have 1 problem in server with log in ) .. All my accounts are log in good!Yesterday my friend gave me an account ,his own (with spoiler char ) so i can use it whenever i want !

When i type the account and press log in, the Lineage 2 automaticly closes ..!  ............... Some times message apear to wait but it stuck for ever :)

My friend can normaly log in this account from his net but i cant log in from my home because as i said when i press log in with his account automaticly lineage 2 closes without any errors.!! So i never managed to log in his char.

Can you help me to get over this problem? 

I have tried to 1restart :my pc/router(ip)

                    2 change system to new ,replacing!

and nothing happens at all .. still when i type 'Only' my friends account l2 closes ...! waiting for solution

You need report the crash on your server's administrator.
