[Help] Request on open port

hello ppl today i got new router but i got lost.

so i have connection otenet (conn-x) with router Comtrend ct-5611T psdn

does anybody have any idea on how to open ports? i mean where to go .

here you are i cant forward ports to open server with this freaky stupid router check this. with my previous (linksys) i didnt had any problem.

operating system win7 .
