Edit: I am not giving out more PSD's as I've seen people selling modified designs. All you get is a fully coded (xHTML/CSS) template.

I have no idea how does the paysafe work (never used it before to be honest) but I can also accept bank transfer - of course paypal is more preferable. You can always try to find someone who could exchange his paypal for your paysafe money or something.
