copy itemdata for some dual swords, change name and ID and do the same for client side

skill used when enchanted over +4 - to edit that create new skill in skilldata.txt and don't forget to make item/skill_pch 1/2.

 

to create client side edit: itemname-e.dat, weapongrp.dat and for skill skillname-e.dat and skillgrp.dat
