Οπως είχε συμβεί και μετά το παιχνίδι του πρώτου γύρου, χάκερς κατάφεραν να εισβάλλουν στην ιστοσελίδα της ΕΠΟ και να ανεβάσουν στη θέση της μία άλλη, η οποία περιείχε ένα… μήνυμα για την Ελλάδα.

 

Σε μαύρο φόντο και με τη σημαία της Τουρκίας να βρίσκεται σε πρώτο πλάνο, οι επιτήδειοι έχουν ένα μήνυμα που αναφέρουν ότι "η Τουρκία γίνεται όλο και σπουδαιότερη" και ακριβώς από κάτω ένα βίντεο στο οποίο εμφανίζεται ο Κεμάλ Ατατούρκ και στη συνέχεια ένα υβριστικό σύνθημα για όλους τους Ελληνες.

 

 

Οι χάκερς ενήργησαν λίγο μετά την λήξη της αναμέτρησης της Ελλάδας με την Τουρκία για τον 3ο προκριματικό όμιλο του Ευρωπαϊκού Πρωταθλήματος 2008 και λίγο πριν τις 2 τα ξημερώματα η ιστοσελίδα της ΕΠΟ "κατέβηκε".
