Few Question About Compilation

I'm Noob, and I'm learning now how to compile with ant. I downloaded TortoiseSVN. Then I downloaded the SVN of L2jserver Interlude Last Rev. Folders becomes like this

 

but when i change something folders becomes like this

 

what is problem?

Its because you change files, u have nothing to be afraid :)

 

It just inform you that you changed files or/and the timeline is updated

I'm sorry, this is not the appropriate place for this issue, but when I download L2jfree Interlude SVN this error is maked
