OnTopic: 6/10 I think it's to simple, I will give you an advice play with adjustment(Strike's Advice[i think]) and smudge(MasterDisaster's advice), put some lighting and use brushes and c4d to different levels like soft lighting overlay etc. I hope that I am not giving wrong advices. :-[
