[Request]About Better Full C4 PAtch 32 bits

so, i need only a link of the topic where is better c4 release, i never runned a off server and i wanna try, so i wanted to know the server easier to run and with more features:) thnx in advance

 

P.S: my computer hasnt special processor its just amd athlon 1.3ghz so i think its 32 bits a need !

Well if ur comp have amd athlon 1.3ghz , i guess u have 521 mo or maybe more ( maybe i'm wrong )

and it's even not enough to run a l2off server.
