Thats 8000 BGN there which is... well lets say that a monthly payment of a good job is 500BGN/ month which will become 250 when you pay the electricity, water and so on (yeah when its cold you can have upto 200BGN electricity bill).

And voila.. You left with 250-300BGN for food ... And its not so cheap too.
