[HELP] Dedicated Debian VNC

Question

Posted

Hi.Yesterday I rented a dedicated server with Linux Debian 5.0 64 Bit (Lenny) installed. On my pc I am using Windows XP. Now, I can only connect with putty (and other SSH client programs) and what I want to do is install a VNC program in the server (such as realvnc etc) to connect from my pc. Please tell me the exact commands and steps to install and configure it correctly.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanx in advance!

Why you don't try to use teamviewer in order to connect to your dedicated server??

Or if you don't want the teamviewer try to use radmin which is good program for remote desktop too.

TeamViewer Download --> www.teamviewer.com

Radmin Download --> http://www.radmin.gr/
