KnightOfH3ll
You can open a server but only for playing with your friends. If you want to have a dedicated server you must have static ip. Me for example i dont have static. But when i want to play online with my friends and not paying in net cafes i open a server for some time. Hope i have helped. Hax0r
No, he means go to this website then create an account. Once finished, create a dns host which redirects to your IP. like csserver.ath.cx ----> 85.15.97.35(this is an example...your IP) if your IP changes then go to that site again and change the redirection point to your new IP like csserver.ath.cx ----> 85.94.11.77(this is an example...your new IP)
