first i want to say that all notes,comments,sentences and guides i post are 100% written by me(Noble) and only me! if you wish to post a part or full of this guide to other forums consider giving the proper credits to NobLe(i m against c(L)opy - pasting so dont humiliate your ass and yourself by just copying my job

 

Author Note:Kael is said to be a funny playing hero,others believe he is insanely difficult hero!at the beginning i was thinking the second,by playing him many times in the summer i realized that he is funny in some way but you have to memorize his moves in order to own everyone who may stand in your way!

 

My target is to introduce dota heroes to you in order to play them and learn their gamestyle!You need practice with every char you play but at least by reading a guide you can be aware of his powers,weapons,tips ;)

Kael,The Invoker

 

Introduction

 

Quas. Wex. Exort. The essence of a storm. The heart of a blizzard. The soul of a phoenix. After his people were broken and scattered to the corners of the earth, Kael was left with only the relics of his once great world. Thirsting for vengeance, he sold his own soul to Ner'Zhul, and in exchange acquired near limitless power. Taking on the mantle of the Blood Mages of old, the Invoker strode into war with nothing but the elements at his command. He can fuse the elements into deadly incantations, tearing apart the very heavens in his fury. His genius knows no bounds, and the Sentinel shall come to know the rage of the Invoker.

 

 

Why should i pick Kael?

1)Plenty of moves ^^

2)Ulti available from lvl2 :D

3)Good pseudo-carry hero for int

4)Your 3 skills act like items,the more you lvl them the better the stats you gain

5)great finisher

 

Why should i leave invoker and play something else?

1)Difficult use,he needs practise and we mean that

2)Low HP

3)the second lowest MS hero in game after techies(270)  kael's is 280

4)Kael still doesnt get "10 Attribute bonuses" like any other dota hero so his stats are low

5)You need to practise his skills in order to find your style

 

Starting Stats

 

Armor:1,8  <-- i mention the armor for only one reason!he is an INT hero...his AGI gains are a joke too so his late armor without the attribute bonuses his armor will be ridiculous

Before moving to the skill explanation let me give you your list you can find the same list exactly the same(maybe the order might change) by pressing /invokelist at your chat in game

in the parenthesis i ll put the hotkeys , the 3 letters before the parenthesis will be the invokes (Quas,Wex,Exort)

QQQ (Y) Cold snap

Invoker draws the heat from an enemy, chilling them to their very core for up to 6 seconds based on Quas. Any damage taken in this state will briefly stun them for 0.4 seconds and deal 30 damage. Triggers cooldown goes from 0.8 to 0.6 seconds based on Quas.

 

Quas – 3/3.5/4/4.5/5/5.5/6----> (Duration in seconds per lvl on Q)

Quas – 0.8/0.8/0.7/0.7/0.7/0.6/0.6 (CD when you are struck per lvl in Q)

CD:20 MP:100

 

*Within 6 seconds, you can inflict 200 damage on a single target and works like perma stunner as the CD of this skill when activated is low so when they hit you they get stun :D simple

QQW (V) Ghost Walk

Invoker manipulates the ice and electrical energies around him, rendering his body invisible. The elemental imbalance created as a consequence slows nearby enemies by up to 40% based on Quas, and Invoker from 30% to 0% based on Wex.

 

Quas – 10/15/20/25/30/35/40%(Q per lvl)

Wex – 30/25/20/15/10/5/0%(W per lvl)

cd:60 MP:300

 

*This skill will save you from chasers and generally you are invisible and free to scout,spy,escape,return to your base but this skill can be countered with Gem or Rootfellen xD

QQE(G) Ice Wall

Generates a wall of solid ice directly in front of invoker for up to 10 seconds. The bitter cold emanating from its greatly slows nearby enemies based on Quas and deals up to 30 damage each second based on Exort.

 

Quas – 20/40/60/80/100/120/140%(based on Q per lvl)

Wex – 5/10/15/20/25/30/35(based on Q per lvl)

CD:20 MP:125

 

*the only usage i find in this spell(and this i often use) is that it can save you from chasers in times of need,i cant think of something else nor a good strategy of using it

Deafening Blast QWE(B)

Invoker unleashes a mighty sonic wave in front of him, dealing up to 280 damage to any enemy unit it collides with based on Exort. The sheer impact from the blast is enough to knock those enemy units back for a maximum of 1.75 seconds based on Quas, in addition to preventing their attacks for a further 1-4 seconds based on Wex.

 

*This skill is usable in order to interupt heroes that mostly use their melee power to fight an enemy :)  thats the advantage of this skill

 

Quas – 0.25/0.50/0.75/1.00/1.25/1.50/1.75

Wex – 1/1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5/4

Exort – 40/80/120/160/200/240/280

Alacrity WWW(Z)

Invoker infuses an ally with an immense surge of energy, increasing their attack speed to a maximum of 160% based on Wex for 5 seconds.

 

Wex – 40/60/80/100/120/140/160%(based on W per lvl)

CD:20 MP:125

 

*Increases the attackspeed  for 5 seconds!nothing more to discuss!

Tornado WWQ(X)

Unleashes a fast moving tornado that picks up enemy units in its path, suspending them helplessly in the air shortly before allowing them to plummet to their doom. Deals 375 damage based on Wex and Quas, with distance up to 3100 based on Wex. Holds enemies in the air for up to 2.2 seconds based on Quas.

 

Quas – 85/110/125/140/157.5/172.5/187.5 (Damage)

Quas – 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2/2.2 (Duration)

Wex – 85/110/125/140/157.5/172.5/187.5 (Damage)

Wex – 700/1100/1500/1900/2300/2700/3100 (Range)

 

 

CD:25 MP:150

 

*Check the stats above!W & Q can reach up to 375 dmg ...damage is not the real stat we need in this skill! its the range when W is maxed :P this means that no one can probably escape you ! add to the advantages of this skill that you can elevate your foes for more that 2 secs(2,2) ...think something like Euls scepter :P

EMP WWE©

Invoker builds up a charge of electromagnetc energy at a targeted location which automatically detonates after 2-4 seconds based on Wex. The detonation covers a 700 area, dealing up to 300 damage based on Exort and draining up to 400 mana based on Wex.

 

Quas – 100/150/180/210/240/270/300(HP burn on 700 range per Q lvl)

Wex – 100/150/200/250/300/350/400(Mana burn on 700 range per W lvl)

 

CD:40 MP:250

 

*up to 300hp +400mp burned in 700 AoE :D simple !!!this skill can turn the odds in a team fight especially when foes mana pools is poor and cant use their skills (yunero is a great victim,or axe)

Sun Strike EEE(T)

Sends a catastrophic ray of fiery energy from the sun at any targeted location after 1.7 second delay, incinerating all enemies standing beneath it. Deals 75-450 damage based on Exort which is spread over all enemy units within its 200 AoE.

 

Wex – 75/160/200/250/320/400/450(damage per W lvl)

CD:60 MP:250

 

*magic damage up to 450 :D if there are 2 or more guys on the AoE it splits! example on 3 enemies 450:3=150dmg ;)

Chaos Meteor EEW(D)

Invoker pulls a flaming meteor from space onto the targeted location. Upon landing, the meteor rolls forward dealing up to 260 damage per sec based on Exort for up to 1550 range based on Wex. Deals minor residual damage to units that get it.

 

Wex – 500/675/850/1025/1200/1375/1550(Range Fireball reaches per W lvl)

Exort – 80/110/140/170/200/230/260(DPS per E lvl)

CD:30 MP:200

 

*probably invokers best skill and most common in pubs! a giant meteor falls from the sky dealing damage to everything that stands in your way in a good range of 1550 on maxed wex  ;)

Forge Spirit EEQ(F)

Invoker forges a spirit embodying the strength of fire and fortitude of Ice. Attack range, damage, and life is based on Exort while mana, duration, and armor is based on Quas. The elementals scorching attack is capable of melting the armor on enemy heroes by 1 each hit to a maximum of 10 for 5 seconds. By maxing Quas and Exort. Invoker is capable of creating 2 spirits instead of one.

 

CD:70 MP:200  MS:320 (FG/Lava Spawn is summon)

 

Attack Range: 300/400/500/600/700/800/900 (based per E lvl )

Hit Points: 300/400/500/600/700/800/900 (base per E lvl)

Damage: 29/38/47/56/65/74/83 (based on E lvl)

Armor: 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 (based on Q lvl)

Mana Base: 100/150/200/250/300/350/400 (based on Q lvl)

Duration: 20/30/40/50/60/70/80 (based on Q lvl)

Skill Explanation

Quas(Passive)

0.75 HP regen per level per instance.

 

When you put on this you gain 0.75 HP regen on your stats every lvl on Q :)

Wex(Passive)

Gives 2% AS and 1% MS per level per instance.

 

When you put on this you gain 2% Attack Speed and +1%Move Speed on every lvl on W

Exort(Passive)

3 damage per level per instance.

 

Simple: +3 points on your damage on every lvl spent on E

 

 

NOTE FOR ALL 3:The Effects are considered passives!the effects are automatically enabled when you gain their lvls :D when you want to make an invoke spell just click the combination you want(you make an invoke when you press on the skills)

 

IMPORTANT:If you are not quite sure about which skill you have taken(probably because you accidently clicked on the skills just check the 3 balls that flow around you :) each color represents your invokes :D you can have up to 3

Invoke

 

Combines the properties of the elements currently being manipulated, creating a new spell at Invokers disposal. The invoked spell is determined by the combination of Quas, Wex and Exort.

 

Level 1 - 1 Invoke, 30 cd.

Level 2 - 2 Invokes, 25 cd.

Level 3 - 2 Invokes, 12 cd.

Level 4 - 2 Invokes, 5 cd.

 

Level 1: 20 mp, 30 sec cooldown.

Level 2: 50 mp, 25 sec cooldown.

Level 3: 80 mp, 12 sec cooldown.

Level 4: 110 mp, 5 sec cooldown.

 

Note:the need of this skill is that with Invoke you can "MIX" your skills in order to make your skills ! the best thing is that you can gain it from lvl 2^^ :D

personally i prefer treads for the only reason that kaels stats are low and until you grow up you might need some boosting for last hit and farming!BoTs just give you a great speed bonus which Kael lacks and of course BoT can be combined with hand of midas , i remind you that 280 MS is ridiculous :P both items are good and acceptable

Linken's Sphere is put on build just for the reason of the nukes xD there are great possibilities that you might encounter nukers..Skadi for escaping and farming or necronomicon if you want to control your lane! kael is pretty weak on lane management so necronomicon really helps out! your choice!

JUST FOR THIS GUIDE SOME FARM TIPS

 

Early gaming:avoid making the grant hero like rambo cause you are not! you re too weak so stay and try to control your line and farm asap,try to last hit to earn gold fast as invoker is item dependent on the majority of users :S i wont tell which moves you should learn but focus on your game and try to think the best strategy that suits your game!jungling with tornado or meteor can provide you with some gold and exp but camping in there will only result in madness of your teammates

mid gaming:kael with some weapon power in his hands is starting to become a force to be reckoned with!try to compete in gangs and if you take their last hits (ex with blast,or meteor) it will surely help you later :D creep killing will be easier now but a little power to exort will provide you with some extradamage (=extra chances on last hitting and exp)

Late gaming:lets set this straight! kael is a weak on 1 v 1 on many occasions xD late game is the potential of the majority of dota heroes so with you being somehow weak you can only assist rather than dpsing like morted,yunero,leoric etc your tornado can disable for some time the most feared opponents , EMP can burn some of their pools and ice wall can save you and your team if you fail in a fight so limit yourself in an assistance role ^^

Invisible Guys:You cant kill something you cant see xD cases like Rikimaru,Gondar,Clinkz

i usually go exort for some extra damage but it is up to your game what you should select !

    • Hi everyone,   In 2014, I completely stepped away from developing L2 servers and doing L2J-related work. Since then, I’ve only opened this server about once a year and helped a few servers and individuals for free. I haven’t taken on any paid L2J work since then.   LINEAGE2.GOLD is a project that has reached about Season 6. The first season launched at the end of 2020 and was a fully rebuilt Gold-style server on the Classic client (protocol 110). It featured many custom systems and enhancements. After several seasons, I decided to abandon the Mobius-based project and move to Lucera, as my goal was to get as close as possible to Interlude PTS behavior while still staying on the L2J platform.   The current project was once again completely rebuilt, this time on the Essence client (protocol 306), and is based on Lucera. Because of that, acquiring a license from Deazer is required.   My Lucera extender includes, but is not limited to: Formulas.java Basic anti-bot detection, which proved quite effective, we caught most Adrenaline users using relatively simple server-side logic, logged them, and took staff action. Simple admin account lookup commands based on IP, HWID, and similar identifiers. In-game Captcha via https://lineage2.gold/code, protected by Cloudflare, including admin commands for blacklisting based on aggression levels and whitelisting. Additional admin tools such as Auto-Play status checks, Enchanted Hero Weapon live sync, force add/remove clans from castle sieges, item listeners for live item monitoring, and more. A fully rewritten Auto-Play system with support for ExAutoPlaySetting, while still using the Auto-Play UI wheel, featuring: Debuff Efficiency Party Leader Assist Respectful Hunting Healer AI Target Mode Range Mode Summoner buff support Dwarf mechanics Reworked EffectDispelEffects to restore buffs after Cancellation. Raid Bomb item support. Reworked CronZoneSwitcher. Prime Time Raid Respawn Service. Community Board features such as Top rankings and RB/Epic status. Custom systems for Noblesse, Subclasses, support-class rewards, and much more.   Depending on the deal, the project can include: The lineage2.gold domain The website built on the Laravel PHP framework The server’s Discord Client Interface source Server files and extender source The server database (excluding private data such as emails and passwords)   I’m primarily looking for a serious team to continue the project, as it would be a shame to see this work abandoned.
