noone is gonna give you such files just like that... and even less what and who you mention

gracia core for interlude ?!  the only ppl who where doing it was at dragon network and guess what the interlude server closed 2 times so guess what happens with such mutant experiments

 

unlimited players ?  that depends on the kind of server machine you will use
how much RAM memory you have and the proper config you do
it does not exist in any place unlimited players...
no server will reach more than 3k or 5k users not even in your dreams
nowdays L2 is kinda dead only old school users mostly 
not much for the machine server mostly for the internet bandwidth 
guess what ?  is gonna lag as hell when 1k+ users
there is no way to support so much ppl playing 
unless you want pay super mega ultra internet provider
