By sending the request to the proxy server which is near you and letting the proxy server's reliable network do the back and forth for you. This will only work if the proxy server is actually faster that your own network speed though.

 

It's minor but it is the only improvement you can go with.

Do you know any proxies that offer faster connections that are not accessible for host owners? Also do not forget that forwarding packet by proxy takes times too.

Compared to connections in Latin America? Yeah, an Azure hosted proxy server running on the Azure backbone will forward to the UK or France datacenter faster than you average Latin America Connection. Again, we are talking milliseconds here and you have to think if this issue affects the majority of your community, as anybody with a good connection will actually get downgraded from the proxy.

if you can setup such a proxy, in theory you could decrease your latency up to 25 MS but this is not guaranteed as the results are determined from the player's ISP which among others some could have much more negative results

up to 25ms

 

first of all, I said up to you skipped it to make me look stupid. I am talking about the latency difference for switching to another backbone within EU, which afaik the average delta between these while targeting specific regions in EU for example averages at 20 or 25

 

PS: I am talking about theory, I don't even know if its possible to set up such a proxy or how to do it and if its practical for a GameServer
