1. All IP Filters are manually removed. Now all ips are allowed to visit MaxCheaters.com

2. Some usernames that were blacklisted are removed.

3. Some email addresses that were blacklisted are removed.

4. Email registration filter for *.gmail.com is removed. Now all emails are allowed to register MaxCheaters.com
