I'm doubt they will sell it, in fact if they do, they will packed the binaries and bind it by HWID...

 

I'm looking a clean binaries.

Everything is leaked as sellable. 

The only thing that you're probably don't have the money to buy it.

We can sell some packs in the form "as-is" (with all issues inside theirs, non-ext), which are sent from NCSoft to the US regions
