Spell Reuse Dealy Problem

I have problem whit walker....he cast to slow

He cast 1 spell, w8 0.5-1 sec, and cast another, and char dont have any reuse delay in this momment (renewal song)

When i hold F1, char cast spells a lot faster.

So...if walker cast 10 spells for 10 sec, if i hold F1, i cast like 15 spells

Can Some1 help me???

i realy dunno how to solve it and it will happend even if u have 500000000 c.speed

 

i heard that the official walker and not cracked ones doesn't have delay..

but i don't think it's true !
