3 if u want to change it u just need to put 100 in those lines u mark

Hm... You should post more info on your first post, such as l2jserver, l2emu, l2free, l2oneo... etc and what chronnicle. And the correct section, http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?board=64.0.

P.S. I did found out that is IL.

 

About editing enchants rates on source - I searched a lot(yes I did) on l2j free forums, ragezone and didnt find any info about it, sorry and I didnt learn much about compiling java, so I cant figure out =/ But I know its possible since there was a server with different enchant rates between blessed and crystal scrolls.
