http://www.garena.com/ is very good program to play wc3 (mostly dota) with many ppl, it works like hamachi (simulated lan over the internet) but it makes it very ez to find ppl to play with, also gives u rating/level/ranking points so u can choose to play with noobs, or if u wanna make pro-only game. it has rooms for usa/europe/brazil/lot of asia, also many other individual country rooms.
