Όσον αφορά στο balance δε μπορώ να σε βοηθήσω γιατί γίνεται χαμός στο l2jfrozen. Όσο για το άλλο, πάτα alt+g ingame γράψε το όνομα του skill και πάτα find skill. Θα σου δώσει το id του και θα πας στο κατάλληλο xml να το κάνεις edit.
