guys :D i need your help :P i stopped playing l2 almost 5months and now i got some money,and i dont have nothing to do "divorce from GF :(" :P ,so i want to open one good server,so

1:my ports is open

2:when i use 127.0.0.1 server opening normally

3:when i use my no-ip server not openning i get error

 

FATAL: Failed to start the Game Server Listener. Reason: Cannot assign requested

address: JVM_Bind

 

Server terminated abnormaly

 

so if someone can help me reply or add me on msn ^_^
