[Request/Help] For picture

Hello guyz

I have to create a picture with this  http://haxball.appspot.com/images/haxball_big.png as render

It must have scan-line effect like i did there http://i55.tinypic.com/szamvk.jpg

And for end,it need (in any place of the picture) the text "HFG"

The old picture is 789 × 228 but is better 700x230 (230 or more :) )

Can anybody here help me ???

So you need your picture rendered but with the scanline?

I think that's technically impossible.

I can't remember if I can save animated pics as .png and have no background.

No maybe I said it wrong

I want a picture that include that render, and saying HFG (not a simple text but something custom :D)

I m out of ideas to make it :(

θελω να γινει μια εικονα, που θα χρησιμοποιει την εικονα που δινω για render,θα εχει scan line effect, και θα γραφει καπου HFG, αλλα οχι με απλο font, με τιποτα πιο συνθετο ^_^

What is hard to understand?

 

He want new image 700x230 including:

2. Scan-line effect (animated)

3. HFG text (with some effects not just a text)

No prob.

Well,it's a bit of a problem that the render is big and the desired size almost same as the render's size..That way HFG text doesn't really fit anywhere.

Sorry if you don't like it :/
