Well , L2Goal was great server with cool features dont really know why its closed. Imo it needs just some new idea's and the server can be one of top.

Im working with smf kinda well , all things are mostly for lineage 2 forums. The design which im making can fits with your website or not (depends on you). Those themes are mostly "edited" what means , from 2-3 themes i make one. Im able to make a theme from 0 but its but not all the time. So here is a short info what i can do for you.
