Probably if now you would join in a server with the same features as your first server you won't enjoy it as much as you enjoyed your first one. Although, most of the opening servers nowdays are using the same features, can't find anything original in these new servers.

In most of the russian servers there is '.cfg' command to translate npc text from ru to eng. However it works just for retail npc and not the custom. About system there were some files which you need to replace/rename.

Life stone can be used at any grade weapon except no-grade, the only difference is on the skill level you will get and on the chance. A lvl 70 life stone would give you a level 9 skill.

Yes, there is a macro which can lower a little the cooldown of your skills, however it was a bug in retail which have been fixed. Although in L2j this thing is not working, you might find it in some L2Off server. If i am not wrong you should just drag your skill from the shortcut bar to the macro field. About CTRL you can avoid pushing it with these simple commands: /attackforce -> Used for normal attacks without using CTRL /useskillforce <Skill Name> -> Used for skills without using CTRL

He is talking about Symbol of the Sniper skill, which can be used (in Interlude client) using Battle Force and Spell Force skills, also in order to be used some items are required: Magic Symbol and Battle Symbol. Depending on the skill the level of the Force you need might be higher or lower, for example Symbol of the Sniper requires a Battle Force level 2 and 1 Battle Symbol. Those 2 skill are learned at level 80 depending on the char type (fighter, mage) and for every char who cast it you earn a level.

In the next update (Lindvior) they gonna split classes back to 32. Anyway i would choose orc or human.
