Try to edit collision height but be careful about position, also you can open UKX and try to edit location of NPC inside, this will affect the height.

In this case file may be encrypted and therefore you may experience difficulty opening it. Everything is individual, not all files can be opened just like that, even some default ones.

You need an editor that works well with maps and light builds. But as a solution I can also advise you to set the parameter AmbientBrightness from ZoneLight (ZoneInfo) to 255 and rebuild map.

Hello. These are usually basic things. Execute commands from the cmd by adding keys. Example like: "l2encdec.exe -s FileName.utx" etc. You also have "USAGE" how to work with .exe, l2encdec.exe (command) (source file) [destination file].

The client dat editor has the ability to pack all files gradually. You have them in txt form and all dat files are updated. Then most likely you won't have problems. But at the moment your game data seems is already a bit broken / mixed.

Hello, just pack all .dat files and not one by one, seems your L2GameDataName file are already mixed.

Some of them were originally in UGX files but later there were variations of animated textures in UTX. It seems that such buttons have already been posted here on the MXC.
