for 6 is to much 40% :P all must know this low max enchant like 6-7 official buff time / slots no mana potions = balanced server if pack is good*

One suggestion , i like hard servers anyway this is my suggetsion change max enchant to 6 or 7 and set low enchant rates like 30% with low enchants u have better balance
