Advertisment to increase population (Youtube , facebook friend invitations, other forums etc.) Motivate people to get back on other sections (like events for WoW, CS etc) Stop banning trusted and old members , fix the teams. And the most important of all , you should get a good Firewall or something, no reason for a big site like this to fall so easily because of some kids.
